While many golf courses are closed with the recent wet weather, the Ayrshire coast has provided excellent playing conditions recently. In particular the last two Saturdays have been stunning, with bright blue skies, blue sea and the snow clad peaks of Goat Fell on Arran.
Many of the private clubs will accept visitors at the weekend – why not have a weekend in Ayrshire, stay overnight and fit in a game or two.
